Declaration For The Unseen Voice
Before starting this article,i will like to quickly offer a quick disclaimer about the title/heading,it is a deliberate play on words and not as a result of english comprehension challenges, please do take it in similar spirit as intended.
We all woke up happy and in high spirits, thinking happy thoughts in the serene knowledge that we are witnessing another birthday of our lord jesus christ, preparing for the christmas festivities all round the world on the 25th of december.Suddenly we were all jolted out of our collective reveries by the breaking news beaming across the regional ,national and international print and electronic media.

Dawn of a new awakening,in the midst of a seismic shift
The war for the heart and soul of our country today is a tragic and sad reality, one that we cannot ignore as spectators without betraying the very cause and greatness of the Nigerian dream, without denying our very heritage and our political ideals that speaks to us in the name of freedom, democratic ideals, and good governance.
It is pertinent and important to ask if the interests and yearnings of the average Nigerians, the poor and needy, the destitute and vulnerable, the old and young ,the vulnerable are served by being neutral on-lookers or we are somehow complicit in the rape of the nation by the official political class represented by the PDP,ACN,CDC and other politicians who are fellow partakers, in full accord with technocrats, bankers who assist in laundering looted proceeds and grant nebulous and questionable loans and overdrafts to corrupt government officials.

Diasporeans playing a primordial role in nigeria's self Determination
Nigeria, even though it is no longer a geographical expression a quote coined from our own esteemed chief obafemi awolowo has increasingly become a metaphysical expression. This assertion in itself i am sure is highly contentious as a lot of people will still argue that nigeria is still a geographical expression, however call me an incurable optimist and i will gladly own up to same.
Nigeria,a country with great potentials, but rudderless and with no direction, a great power but incapable of waging a war, full of social upheaval, but no political will to change the status quo.

Abstract thoughts of a sleeping giant
Hello,i am a nigerian diasporian presently working in the city of London in the united kingdom. i started this blog as a medium to air my deep seated views about the present and future of our great country Nigeria.
Over the months and years,i have done a lot of literary pieces which i have either thrown in the bin,or just kept hidden away in my flash drive, constantly updating, correcting, this might be because i am my own worst critic and i only plucked up the courage to post it on here, after friends and aquintances who saw some of them urged me to share it with the public.
i sincerly hope that, irrespective of what you think of the pieces i will be posting on this blog in subsequent days, weeks, months and hopefully years, please feel free to post your objective and unbiased comments and most importantly please come away with the whole essence of the articles, which is what i set out to achieve, highlighting our failings, and nigeria's potential including a roadmap to nigeria and nigerians hidden potential and sucess, thank you for reading this and shalom.
